Ah!

Never published cards...

Hi guys!

As we're wrapping up 2016, I thought I'd take all the creations that were never published for XYZ reasons and jumble them up in a single post. So it's totally random, but...I mean....let's get organised for 2017! :-P

This is Priscilla from the Saturated Canary line at LDRS Creative. She always made me smile!

And another one featuring her way back in the days...I think my trimmer was dying on me at that time, eheh!

Spring Fawn from the same line was only available in the UK here:

LDRS Creative and Mimosa Embellishments : Lisbeth Little Bear

Hello everyone!

I'm with you today for another inspiration before Christmas! Are you all ready, yet? If you ARE, I give you two thumbs up, as I'm nowhere near there!

Anyways, I still managed to get a few holiday cards done to send to loved ones, as it's a favourite tradition of mine, and for today's post I used the gorgeous Lisbeth - Little Bear stamp!

She was stamped with pale ink (Desert Sand Memento Ink for Copic colouring) to create a no-line colouring look, being softer next to the dark pop of brown cardstock.

Oh and can you spot some yummy embellishments, too? They are from my french-canadian embellishment kit DT!! I looooooove Mimosa!

Copic markers used :
Skin (E000-00-21-11-13-04, R20)
Hair (E11-13-15-18)
Clothing and accessories (R20-22-24-27-29, C1-3-5, W0-1-3-5-7-9)

Don't forget to share your creations with Lisbeth on the LDRS Creative Facebook group

LDRS Creative - We are thinking of you, Paris

Good morning everyone!

As I write this post, I'm feeling very sad, because of all the recent events that took place in Paris. I created this card weeks ago, planned for it to be posted today, and still, I wasn't sure whether to publish it or not. Let's just say that what was once a gorgeous symbol will always stay a cherished one, and the French people need some love more than ever. Therefore, I wanted to show and give them beauty, peace, in order to cope.

I used the Novel stamp from Saturated Canary, along with the Dewdrop Circle die on my card. See the way she's standing out of the circle? All you need is to stamp your image as usual (I'm using Cryogen White for Copic colouring), then with a pencil and a circle die, stencil around it. Colour it up, and then with your sharp scissors (I love my yellow Cutterbees!), carefully cut around the shape you just stenciled, including the parts that are out of the box. I always end up passing a black marker on the edges, as a finishing touch.

Don't forget to share in our Facebook group whatever you're up to with our amazing products, we love to see YOUR creations!

LDRS Creative : Reading a Good Book

Hey everyone!

I'm here with you on this first day of November, and of course, I have to remind you about the big SALE that's going on the brand new LDRS Creative site! So, I'm showing you a card featuring a gorgeous Cutie Pies image called Reading a good book, and you'll have absolutely no reason for not going to go and grab this set, as it's only 2.99!! Incredible offer, right? Plus, I've had this stamp coloured for a while now, and she was begging me to go hop onto a very fancy, feminine creation; here she goes...

Alright ladies and gents, short post for today, so hurry up to scoop some amazing stamps in the shop ;-)

LDRS Creative : Amber

Good morning everyone!

I created this card featuring the lovely Amber from the Saturated Canary line a little while ago, but never posted it, so here we go today :-)

She was coloured with Copic markers, as always, stamped on Cryogen White paper.
Skin (E000-00-21-11-13-04, R20)

Little Darlings rubber stamps : Cutie Pie Lolli

Good morning friends!

I'm bringing your attention to the big SALE that is still going on!! It's no secret that I adore the Cutie Pies line, and you should all hurry to scoop them as they're $2.99!

Here's a very simple and sweet card for children I did with Lolli, using a no-line colouring technique. I mean, isn't she the cutest?! Love, love, love those Cutie Pies! As you can see, you don't need too many embellishments nor layers to have a childish look, matching the paper patterns to your image fits just fine :-)

Little Darlings rubber stamps : Butterfly baby

Hey everyone!

How are you all feeling so far, being mid-week? With my going back-to-school for a second B.A., things are pretty intense, but I still find time to create with these gorgeous products! So, this is a card I did not so long ago for someone who wanted a very girly baby card. The first thing that came to my mind was, of course, the Butterfly Baby stamp from the Saturated Canary line at LDRS. And what a surprise, IT'S ON SALE RIGHT NOW!!!

**You may stop reading, take a little break, go shopping for your favourite stamps ON SALE, and be back!**

Ok, you're back? Good! So, here's the card with lots of cheesecloth, flowers, dew drops, pins, and fran-tage, to really emphasize that it's a baby girl!

Here are some close-ups...

And the inside of the card, including a long long long text...

In a mood for a new technique? Switch up to the Little Darlings rubber stamps blog, where I show you how to use two stamps with a masking technique and create a stunning piece to colour!

Here are some cards I already posted using that technique...

Using the Wing Back Chair background (which is on sale!!)

Using the Australia background and Jane

Using the Cottage Gate background and Elphie (both also on sale!!)

Using the Australia background and Duckie

Little Darlings rubber stamps : It's a celebration!

Good morning everyone!

I'm here with you today to show you a layered card (my fave style!) with one of our Dollhouse stars, It's A Celebration! I really like how this card turned out, because when using monochromatic papers, you never know if the image will pop or get lost in the patterns. In this case, I think the balloons really attract the eyes and make it a funny greeting card.

You can also spot a Little Darlings exclusive die, the lovely view, in between the image and a doily.

Some close-ups..

She's coloured with Copic markers:
Skin (E000-00-21-11-13-04, R20)
Hair (E44-47-49)
Clothing (BG10-11-13-15, B000-01-02, RV25-29, W5-7-9)
Accessories (R35-46-59-89, RV21-23-25, B000-01-02, Y11-13-15-17)

The inside of the card with a Girlfriends sentiment...

And that's it!
