I Am Roses : You're a brain kitty

Hello everyone!

I'm back with a not-so-shabby card featuring gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses! Even though it features a smart kitty with a masculine twist, I wanted to add some bits of colours here and there with my favourite products.

I used the red flowers from the S10 - Small flowers package ...

A few daisies...

Some pastel lilies...

And some white puffy paper flowers!

I hope you will like playing with them as much as I did!

La-La Land Crafts : Stitches inspiration!

Hi crafty friends!

Another inspiration post is offered to you, thanks to La-La Land Crafts! I've used the lovely Winter Luka with LOTS of dies, as always ;-) : Double Stitched Squares, Three Christmas Trees, Ornate Border Large, Ornate Border Small, North Pole and the Large Snowflakes 2. They're all die-cut from an old Glitz Design paperpad that I had in my stash, and our little boy was stamped with Memento Ink Desert Sand for a no-line effect and crispy blond hair.

LDRS Creative and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® are hopping!

Hi there! 
I'm with you to show how wonderful the products at Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® match perfectly the ones at LDRS Creative! I put together all the layers with the E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser, and even got to glue the ribbon so that it would look like ruffles. In-between layers, I added lots of Crafty Foam Tape to give some dimension, and also used the amazing Dodz to keep all the embellishments in place. And of course, there's the lovely Abby Lynne from the Candibean line, coloured with Copic markers and die-cut with the smallest shape of the Darling Square die set. You can also spot a sweet sentiment from the Best Friends set stamped on a banner from the Basic Stitched Flags set.

I'm still on vacation, but here's a card for the faerie tales inspiration post at La-La Land Crafts, using Daisie Faerie Marcy with a no-line colouring technique. It'll be available in my Etsy shop once I come back!

Paper Temptress : Wendy's wishes and dreams

Good morning everyone!

 

I felt like showing you two cards that are oldies, but goldies to me! They feature the lovely Wendy's Wishes and Dreams set that is now retired at LDRS Creative. I think they both show the good use to kraft and white cardstock, among the most-amazing-crazy-awesome colouring paper for alcohol markers, namely Cryogen White!

La-La Land Crafts : Something new!

Hi everyone!

How was your first week back to work, school or routine? I'm happy to say that each year is always exciting, with all the opportunities brought in!

So, here's the first inspiration post at La-La Land Crafts for 2016, using something new :)

In my case, it's the gorgeous Owl Hat Marci stamp that is now available in store and used to be an exclusive club kit edition.

I scheduled this post while being on vacay, so I hope you won't mind if I wave hello from Washington DC!

This card is a pretty simple one but I love the sketch, as it can be very tricky sometimes to use all those scrap papers, right?! And of course, I had to pair them with a lovely Candibean that was released last May! She's called Horsing Around and looks like having a good time!
