Hello everone! Stephanie with you for LDRS Creative,
and I have a very sweet tutorial that takes no time at all using the brand new Coming Up Daisies stencil.

From the very first moment I saw that
stencil, I knew I wanted to do more than just ink through it. So I started with a white cardstock, a pencil and some tape to keep it in place. The first step was fairly easy; just pencil in all the lines of the fence. Be careful not to press too hard, or the lines won't fade in the end.

This is what it looked like when everything was stenciled in.

Next, I colored within the pencil lines with alcohol markers, and when everything was done, you couldn't even see the "sketch"! How cool, right? Plus, it gives a kind of a no-line coloring look to the whole thing.

When that was done, I fussy cut the fence, glued it to a white A2 cardbase with foam adhesive, added a few colored flowers from the A New Beginning stamp and tied the whole thing with twine.

I also stamped a sentiment from the Puddle Jumper stamp set with Raven hybrid ink.

I hope you will try this little technique, too! Make sure to look at the 5 cards-1 kit video for more inspiration with the new release!
