STAMPtember with SugarPea Designs!

I feel like I've not been blogging for a while, although things did happen over here over the summer, but I had them scheduled a long time ago, eheh! Anyhow, there's something BRAND new in town, for SugarPea Designs!

We’re so pleased to be sharing in the excitement of STAMPtember with our friends at Simon Says Stamp!

Today we’re thrilled to share with you a stamp set created exclusively for this event and only available while supplies last, called Cuddly Cati!

There is also a coordinating die set and you can purchase them as a bundle or separately!

For my card, I couldn't decide which image to use, so I went with a bunch of them instead, AH! I stamped them all with Raven hybrid ink, then coloured them with Copic markers and fussy cut with sharp scissors. Next, I created the A2 cardbase by folding a 4 1/4"x11" piece of sturdy white cardstock in two from the top. Then, I die-cut the largest of the Elements Build-A-Card die set from SugarPea Designs with a lovely tone-on-tone yellow patterned paper from the Whatever The Weather paper pack by SugarPea Designs to stack directly on my card front. I used the second largest Elements die to cut a lovely scalloped rectangle from white cardstock and glued it to the card front with foam tape, for more dimension. Then, I smoothly inked my favourite colours of Oxide Inks (Carved Pumpkin, Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry) right in the center, added all the images with foam tabs, and a white-on-navy embossed sentiment. Easy peasy!
