SugarPea Designs: New Release Day 3, Reading Friends!

Good morning, peeps!

Another day, another release with SugarPea Designs, and this time it tells a great story ;-) Okay, okay, I'm too much. Call it spirit of end of semester, eheh. 

So today's card is all about two friends, or sisters, or cousins, hanging out together in a tree and reading and imagining stories. How cute, right?! This set is called Reading Friends and will be available in the shop Friday night, 6pm EST. 

And if you want to try my very simple design, then here's how it went down. I first created an A2 cardbase with white cardstock (4 1/4"x11", folded in two from the top). Then, I stamped the Reading Friends image with black ink onto some Cryogen White cardstock and coloured it with my Copic markers. I matted the panel with black cardstock, and popped it onto the cardbase, slightly angled, with foam tabs. Last thing was to stamp a sentiment on both sides of the images, add a few Nuvo Drops, and that was it! Simple, fun, easy!
